Forrest Hayes is Head of Black Card at Fund Launch, where the mission is to “democratize Wall Street.“ In this role, he helps build next‑generation funds while educating and advising emerging managers on strategy, structure, and scale. He also serves as Chief Growth Officer of Chang Robotics and Fund Director of the Chang Robotics Fund, backing frontier automation, robotics and advanced manufacturing.

Previously, Forrest was a Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) NY USA, leading the North America Banks & Broker Dealer coverage team managing relationships across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East (AAME) for clients such as  JP Morgan and State Street. Earlier, he spent seven years in Singapore developing and implementing technologies to trade financial markets products and managing relationships with global asset managers including PIMCO and BlackRock. He then joined the Financial Institutions Group COO office supporting such clients such as sovereign wealth funds and asset managers across AAME.

Prior to SCB, he was a former senior leader at Janus Capital International where he helped raise billions of dollars across Asia Pacific ex‑Japan while managing relationships such as GIC and NSSF China.  He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and International Business from Bowling Green State University, and a dual MBA from National University of Singapore and UCLA Anderson School of Management, with executive leadership training at the University of Oxford and INSEAD. 

As Founder of The Forrest Consulting LLC and an advisor with A.I.M. – Elevated, he partners with founders and family offices on strategy, investment architecture, and capital networks.
