Sylvester Morgan is a Nigerian-American enterprise technology executive, investor, and strategic advisor focused on building and scaling platforms at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and private markets.

He serves as a strategic advisor to companies led by CEOs within his network, working closely with founders and leadership teams on enterprise positioning, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and commercialization of cloud, AI, and infrastructure platforms.

In the investment space, Sylvester is building ACXISS, an AI intelligence platform designed to educate users about private and off-market opportunities, structure investor intent, and route informed demand to appropriate execution professionals.

He also serves as the Managing Partner of Morgan Venture Partners, an investment vehicle focused on late-stage technology opportunities.

Beyond his work in technology and investing, Sylvester is actively developing long-term initiatives in Nigeria focused on AI adoption, digital and physical infrastructure (roads, housing, and commercial development), energy systems, and philanthropic programs.

• Co-designed the Global MSP Program scaled to $2.5B+ across 39 MSPs

CloudHealth (acquired by VMware for $609M)
• Built the professional services organization from zero
• Created the company’s first monetizable service offerings and a high-margin revenue stream

Earlier in his career, Sylvester held technology roles at Acushnet Company (Titleist) and Bank of America.
