James C. Riggio is an accomplished executive with outstanding professional experience spanning over 35

years. James Riggio received both his B.S. and M.S. from NYU. Since then, James has acquired deep financial

knowledge and technical understanding, specializing in investment risk management strategies that have resulted in a

proven track record of growth and innovation.

 

James is a former PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Partner in Financial Services and Management Consulting

based in New York City and Zurich, Switzerland. At PWC, he built a thriving Technology Integration business that grew

in annual revenue from zero to $168 Million. James co-founded an options trading community with over 3,000 members,

Capital Discussions, where he developed the investment and trading content, services model, and internet

infrastructure for independent investors.

 

James has significant expertise in risk management and listed derivatives (options and futures). He co-

founded and co-developed Easterly Hedged Equity Fund (ticker JDIEX) which has received a Morningstar Five Star

Rating. The Fund strives to protect against downside risk while still potentially allowing significant upside growth. James

also founded and ran Highland Financial Group, a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) focusing on investment

consultancy, portfolio management, and options-based risk management.
